How often should I get my car checked up on?

We recommend that you take your car in for a checkup at least once every 3 months to keep it running strong.

How often should I get my oil changed?

Previously, the owner's manual suggested you get it changed every 10,000 miles and in mild conditions 5,000 miles. We recommend every 3,000 miles.

How do I know when my car need a tune up?

If your check engine light comes on that could also be an indicator that your vehicle needs a tune up. The owners manual that came with your vehicle may suggest a tune up at a certain mileage. We recommend a tune up every 30,000 miles.

My check engine light is on, Is that always a bad sign?

It may be a sign that your gas cap isn't screwed on tight enough. However, you should get your vehicle checked out as soon as possible. It may be another sign.

When should I have my tires rotated?

Tire rotations are typically done every 6,000 miles or every other oil change. During your tire rotation we also inspect the vehicle's rotors, brake lines, and brake pads.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Nope. You can just stroll in.

What is a timing belt and how do I know when mine needs replacing?

A timing belt, is a part of an internal combustion engine that controls the timing of the engine's valves. Your timing belt should be changed every 50,000-70,000 miles, however every manufacturer is different. You should consult your owner's manual to determine the correct replacement interval.
